Store Policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under the fault of Ethnique Kulture.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges, however, returns are accepted FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY within 7 business days:
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- Ethnique Kulture is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $130 in the U.S. along with standard and express options.
We have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions:
Standard - $8 | FREE on orders over $130
Express - $12 | FREE on orders over $200
Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier's circumstances.
